About Abe Alpert
The year was 1991; Abe began his career working in a a Physical Therapy Department of a multi-medical care facility in Chino Hills, California. It did not take long for Abe to notice that of all the modalities he delivered, Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulation, Whirlpool, etc, it was the short, 10- minute massages that seemed to have the most profound impact on the patient’s recovery time. The patients would specifically request him to deliver their treatments.
At this point, Abe decided to specialize in Massage . He attended and graduated from the American Institute of Massage Therapy in August of 1992, completing a fifteen- hundred hour program. Our Instructor, Mike Hungerford, was reportedly responsible for bringing Massage Therapy to the Olympics in the mid- sixties. Trained to deliver Swedish, Deep tissue, and Sports (medical) injury Massage, Abraham set out to heal the Inland Empire.
In the seventeen years that followed, Abe worked with several Chiropractic offices in the Rancho Cucamonga area, specializing in medical massage. He also provides in- home service. In addition to delivering massage to individuals, he has also instructed couples in massage.
